Description:
UI: Slide panel sizes changes width when applying a template style

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LibreOffice start center
2. Launch Impress (assuming template wizard turned ON)
3. Cancel the template wizard
4. Expand size of the slide panel to maximum
5. Close Impress (back to Start Center)
6. Open Impress again
7. Select a template & press OK -> Width of the slide panel changes

-- addition
8. Expand the slide panel to maximum again
9. File -> Templates -> Manage templates (press Open)
10. Select a template -> Width shrinks 

11. File -> Templates -> Manage templates 
12. Select a template and press Open (now it's OK)



Actual Results:
The width is inconsistent. 

Expected Results:
The width of the side panel shouldn't be 'arbitrary'.

I could repro in my master build, but testing in safe mode it's fine (also after resetting profile). Can you also try resetting your profile?
