Description:
When comments are entered in Impress and Draw, Asian font is less than half size of Western font.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a new "Impress
2. Create a comment [ Ctrl + Alt + C ]
3. Enter Asian font and Western font for comparison.
 Or paste plain text "KANJI 漢字 kanji かんじ"


Actual Results:
4. Asian Font "漢字" and "かんじ" will be very small in size compared to Western Font

Expected Results:
4. Asian font and Western font will be almost the same size


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
If you paste text with a specified font size in RichText, it seems to follow that size.
