UI: Drop down dialog of the Insert Special Character to showing the favorites is very tiny

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Expand the Special Character favorites by pressing the arrow

Actual Results:
Tiny (see screenshot)

Expected Results:
Normal size


Reproducible: Always

The current size makes it impossible to read the characters. The attachment shows the dialog in current master left and the dialog in LO 7.5 right.

This seems to have begun at the below commit in bibisect repository/OS linux-64-24.2.
