Description: Dear To Whom It May Concern, 8/12/2023 I am using Libreoffice version 7.5.4.3 (x86_64), Build # 36ccfdc35048b057fd9854c75.... The document is OPEN and WILL NOT CLOSE. I CAN reduce it to size, making it smaller or put to the task-bar. It just hangs there. I have rebooted the computer and at a lost as what to do. I can open other libre office writer documents and close them but this on just hanging in there like a pit bull! NONE of the links above the address bar such as the file all the way to about WILL NOT OPEN or respond in any way, shape, or form! Expected Results: I tried hitting the ESC button, CNT ALT DELETE buttons, reboot the computer but nada Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: Grenade comes to mind!
I WILL continue to figure out how to close but I am NOT holding my breath!
Please test in safe mode, Menu/Help/Restart in Safe Mode
Please upgrade to LO 7.5.5 (I don't think it'll solve this but just to use the last LO version) + apply https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps
