Description:
Dual monitors with Navigator docked on right side causes the button names to go to right monitor.
When hovering over a button the description is split between left and right monitors.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Navigator docked on right side of left monitor
2.Hover over any button
3.

Actual Results:
Button description is split on both screens.

Expected Results:
Should be on left monitor.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes

Additional Info:
Another program with a toolbar on right side of left screen works fine.

Confirmed it is not a Windows 10 issue.
