I can reproduce this as well with my local macOS master build and running with Skia/Metal, Skia/Raster, and Skia disabled.
I had accidentally assigned it to myself. Changing it to NEW.
This seems to have begun at the below commit in bibisect repository/OS linux-64-7.6. Adding Cc: to Noel Grandin ; Could you possibly take a look at this one?
