Description:
Insert Textbox button in Insert menu appears to be activated (like a toggle button)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Draw (also Impress)
2. Press F2
3. Drag a textbox
4. Click outside the textbox -> Textbox vanishes (not my preference, and there is a bug about this; but OK)
5. Expand the menu 'Insert'

Notice a blue square behind the button

Actual Results:
Blue square, as if it where an toggle button

Expected Results:
No blue background


Reproducible: Always

I'm not able to reproduce this on either Draw/Impress on the stable or master builds on my environment.

Was supposed to be fixed in bug 113171, but maybe that was only partial. Heiko?

The toggle makes sense for shapes where adding more than one is possible in Writer but not text boxes that require to exit the edit mode. So I'd just drop the togglebility.
