Description:
The 'insert default time' in Calc is set to Shift+Ctrl+; in 7.5 & 7.6. The correct keys are Shift+Ctrl+:   Shift+Ctrl+; does not exist. Needs to be set back to what works.

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:
nothing

Expected Results:
insert default time did not work

Please provide the info from LibreOffice menu Help > About.

This is probably a duplicate of 155068 (and similar reports, depending on keyboard layout and language settings).

If I'm using my language from my OS, it is working with Ctrl+Shift+;.
If I'm using English, it is not working.
