I just updated to 7.5.6. Thank for your work! 
Table of Contents add wrong tabs in the Contents 1 after I added a before under Separator in Chapter Numbering

Steps to Reproduce:
1. add words under Separator in Chapter Numbering.
2. right click on Table Of Content 
3. choose update index

Actual Results:
Table of Contents add wrong tabs in the Contents 1.

Expected Results:
The Writer should remove wrong tabs in the Contents 1


Reproducible: Always

You have a second tab before the page index in the structure for levels 1 – 2.
By deleting that second tab, it seems correct.

I changed Numbering followed by to nothing. It's working fine.
