Description Hevii Guy 2023-09-18 14:58:49 UTC
Description:
Granted, this isn't a bug. However, the "File an enhancement request" link brought me here!

In previous versions, user templates were chosen from the folders in which they were stored. These were then filtered by document type. This was very uselful when users had many templates.

In the current version, templates can no longer be chosen from a folder structure. Instead, every template is shown on the screen. This is very inconvenient for users who have a multitude of templates, each of which may be used for a specific purpose (ie, business correspondence, project calulations, invoices, etc).

Please restore the earlier functionality!

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Choose a template
2.
3.

Actual Results:
A page showing an overwhelming number of un-catalogued user templates

Expected Results:
Choose templates from user-defined folders as in previous versions

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
This version does not allow copying of the text in this section!

The functionality works as expected.

My mistake: I opened Templates from the Start Centre where all templates are listed without beinbg filtered by Category
