Bug 81397 - FORMATTING: When Default cell style is modified, new sheets do not show correct row height since LO 4.2 change in row height

The new sheets do not show the correct row height, column width, font or size.
Is it really that hard for you guys to correct since it seems to have been an issue since way back in version 4.2
