I have the same issue with one ODS spreadsheet I use since a long time ago (and copy was working fine all the time).

Initially pivot tables were copied as tables and I was wondering what's happening.

Then after removing new spreadsheet and saving the file the pivot tables were gone from 2 last sheets (those are monthly sheets) which would suggest that they weren't detected as pivot tables to start with hence the issue with copying.

And after saving and reopening the file pivot tables are gone from the two sheets altogether.

I tried to replicate it in brand new spreadsheet but it seems to be working fine...

Same in OOo 3.3, so inherited.
