While expert config shows all available config keys and allows to edit them, there is no additional information available about what a config key does exactly, except the name itself. However, in the xcs file we have a description for every config item. This description should be shown as a tooltip in the expert config.
Agreed that this is an obvious improvement in usability of the dialog.
