Firefox about:config modified values

In the expert config, it should be made clear which values were changed by the user (are different from the default).

* There should be a filter to only show modified values
* Modified values should be rendered in bold text

Samuel Mehrbrodt committed a patch related to this issue.
It has been pushed to "master":

tdf#157432 Expert config: Allow filtering by changed values

It will be available in 24.2.0.

The patch should be included in the daily builds available at
https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/ in the next 24-48 hours. More

Affected users are encouraged to test the fix and report feedback.
