Edit Comment but press Esc then view the comment timestamp

1. Open a file with a comment attached to a cell
2. Right click on the cell and select "Edit comment"
3. Press Esc without making any edits

Mouse over the cell and notice the timestamp of the comment is the current time, instead of the original time/comment being left intact.
