Upon opening Libre Office the screen does not show previous documents.
Please check it out.

Please test in safe mode, Menu/Help/Restart in Safe Mode

Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice
from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ?
I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version.

I've reproduced this Bug in:
 
Version: 7.6.2.1 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 56f7684011345957bbf33a7ee678afaf4d2ba333
CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19045; UI render: default; VCL: win
Locale: en-CA (en_CA); UI: en-US

including Safe Mode.

As well I've reproduced it in Dev version:

The new version 7.6.2.1 (X86_64) solved the bug.
