Description:
A certain .ods file freezes LibreOffice_7.6.2_Win_x64 on opening, works fine in LibreOffice_7.5.7_Win_x64 

I've tried to minimize to file until further changes make the file load.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attached file in 7.6.2.1 on windows10


Actual Results:
Calc freezes

Expected Results:
File should open


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Version: 7.6.2.1 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 60(Build:1)
CPU threads: 16; OS: Linux 6.2; UI render: default; VCL: kf5 (cairo+xcb)
Locale: pt-BR (pt_BR.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Ubuntu package version: 4:7.6.2~rc1-0ubuntu0.23.04.1~lo1
Calc: threaded

The file opened and I did not experience any freeze.

I tested on Linux/kf5, so maybe this is Windows only? Let's wait for someone else to test this on Win 10.

Did "factory reset" of the profile from the safe mode and could open the file.
But then when trying to open Settings Libreoffice freezes again every single time.
This is introduced between LibreOffice_7.5.7_Win_x86-64 and LibreOffice_7.6.2_Win_x86-64 for me.

OK, if the file issue is resolved after a profile reset, let's mark as "works for me".

For the Settings dialog problem, can you please open a new report, making sure to share the full version info copied from Help > About LibreOffice?

Setting it back to unconfirmed, the program still freezes only when the attached example file is loaded, but this time when entering menus instead of when loading the file.
