I've reinstalled Libre Office and Dev version to make a screenshot that I was able to move completing installation window. But today ,after completing installation of both versions again, the completing installation window appear in the middle of the screen as suppose to. Ether the bug was fixed , ether smth. was wrong with my laptop.
