Description: In the legends part of a chart, its impossible to show only the trend line or only the data series of a data series. I request that you guys add a tab in the legends properties window which lets us hide and show specific keys or even create our own arbitrary keys. Also please make the name editable, because for trendlines it always shows Linear(series) in its name and i think it would be better to be able to change it Steps to Reproduce: 1. create any table in calc with atleast two rows 2. graph it 3. create trend line for data 4. look at legends Actual Results: No way to change name for trendline key No way to hide only trendline key Expected Results: a way to change name for trendline key a way to hide only trendline key Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: Version: 7.6.2.1 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 60(Build:1) CPU threads: 12; OS: Linux 6.5; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3 Locale: en-GB (en_GB.UTF-8); UI: en-GB 7.6.2-1 Calc: threaded
Thank you for the report! (In reply to 12345qwertyman12345 from comment #0) > No way to change name for trendline key This can be done in the Trend Line dialog: right click > Format trend line > Type tab > Options > Name > No way to hide only trendline key I can reproduce this. The point data series has an option "Hide legend entry" in its formatting dialog, but the trend line does not.
