crash dump indicating the error that occurs when opening or saving files.

Beginning with the 7.6-release of LibreOffice, LibreOffice hangs when I try to open files or save files using the "open ..." or "save as ..."-menu option from inside Writer. The problem seems related to opening the file browser window. However, if I use the "open file"-button from the LibreOffice main starter (i.e., not inside writer, calc, etc.), then I am able to open files from inside Writer afterwards without LibreOffice hanging. This seems to work consistently. I am using Windows 10.

I have reinstalled LibreOffice and removed all user-specific configuration files. The error seems to occur when LibreOffice tries to show a window, for example when I paste ctrl+shift+v or open the configuration menu, or similar.

I see you have Skia/Vulkan activated. What if you deactivate Skia from Tools - Options - LibreOffice - View - Use Skia for all rendering?

The issue still persists, even if I disable Skia.

Now I get it: the reason is you use Norwegian locale
