Description:
In the "Install Java" section on page https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Development/BuildingOnWindows, it wrotes "--with-jdk-home=C:/Program Files/...", which will fail in cygwin environment on Windows.

Actual Results:
--with-jdk-home=C:/Program Files/...

Expected Results:
--with-jdk-home="C:/Program Files/..."

No, what is written in the wiki is correct.

The mentioned text appears in the "In your autogen.input file" context. And there, the quotes are not needed (and would fail the configuration is present). When used in command line, usual rules concerning arguments with spaces apply, which is orthogonal to the mentioned text.
