Good morning  I use Windows 7 ... Libreoffice 7.5
I try to connect libreofficce to google drive but don´t work

I try this I find

This was reported in bug 151415, but see discussion and potential integration of the OAuth2OOo extension noted bug 101630.  With confusing steps in bug 101630 cmnt#82 and comments to provide your credentials.

Alternatively, you could try to install the OAuth2OOo.ext extension [1] and use its API via macro, but that looks challenging.
