There are to ways to set a border line 1.) Goto "Paragraph Styles", "Header", "Edit Style", "Borders", then set a line, either presets or user-defined. 2.) Goto "Page Styles", "Edit Style" for current page style e.g. "Right Page", "Header", switch "Header on", click on Button "More", then set a line, either presets or user-defined.
