edit pivot table value style

i have change style in pivot table (Pivot table value edit Numbers - thousands separator)
when i accept it in my pivottable not working (in case my data without number formating)

Please attach a sample file, and try to explain in more detail what you have done that does not work.

Remember that in pivot tables after every update they use their own cell styles, any direct format is lost.

i have already attach file
when i report a bug

this is what i work :
1. select Styles - Manage Styles
2. than right click Pivot Table Value - edit style
3. than i go Tab Numbers
4. i change format number like 3,123.00 
5. i also activated : thousands seperator

when i select OK in my pivot table not working still not format
