Description Roque 2023-10-27 15:46:03 UTC
Description:
Before ... when selecting an animation (e.g. appearance) for a text box, all the text in the box appeared at the same time.

Now ... the animation is effective for each line of the text box which is ... boring !

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a text box. Type 2 lines
2. select "appear at clik animation"
3.save and run the slideshow
4.only the 1st line appears
5. click : you see the 2nd line appearing

Actual Results:
4.only the 1st line appears
5. click : you see the 2nd line appearing

Expected Results:
All the text box should appear

Reproducible: Always

Hello, what do you mean before? Tested with Version: 7.3.7.2 and the behavior is the same.

What kind of info do you need ?

Since I am using OpenOffice and than Libre Office the behavior was the same.
I mean : when choosing to animate a text box it was the whole text box that was animated and not the different lines.

Now to animate all the text in a text box I have to create a text box for EACH line and than group all the text boxes and than animate the group.

this is nonsense.

En effet ce que je viens de montrer existe depuis des lustres.
néanmoins le fait qu'une zone de texte sélectionnée pour une animation se transforme en autant d'animations que de ligne ... ça c'est récent et quand on fait de conférences ça agace pas mal. Cordialement
