Description: On attempting to save a document in LibreOffice Writer (Linux) it intermittently fails to save the document, producing a dialogue with the error message "Error saving the document <filename>: General Error. General input/output error." Sometimes it partially saves the document but then corrupts it. On re-opening the document it attempts recovery but fails to open it correctly or at all. Once this dialogue box is seen, the document cannot be saved to any drive or location it just repeats the same message. The only method I have found of rescuing the text is copy/pasting it into a fresh document and then saving that. I have a suspicion (not confirmed) it may be related to saving LibreOffice files over the network to a NAS. I am saving the documents to a Synology DS215j when the problem occurs. The NAS is largely at defaults and is mounted by SMB to a Linux machine where LibreOffice is running. I have not noted the error when working from local SSD. There are no known problems with the NAS which is on the latest manufacturer supplied O/S update. I have not noted any problems savings files from other software, only LibreOffice. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Save file in LibreOffice Writer 2. "General input/output error" message intermittently produced. Actual Results: File is corrupted or refuses to save Expected Results: File is saved Reproducible: Sometimes User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: Version: 7.3.7.2 / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 30(Build:2) CPU threads: 12; OS: Linux 5.15; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3 Locale: en-GB (en_GB.UTF-8); UI: en-GB Ubuntu package version: 1:7.3.7-0ubuntu0.22.04.3 Calc: threaded

Can you please test again with a supported version of LibreOffice? Preferably 7.6. 7.3 won't see further updates.
Have you issues saving from other app on the same folder?
