Description:
Upon Student Deployment, the student details are not shown on the list but are counted as I click the deploy button

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to the Deployment Section
2. Verify Student Count
3. Review Code and Configuration

Actual Results:
The student deployed is not shown on the list, but counted.

Expected Results:
Student deployed should be shown and counted.


Reproducible: Sometimes


User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
Student deployed in the chosen grade and section should be shown and counted for the teacher to view all the students enrolled in their handled advisoree.
