Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Impress, cancel the Template dialog
2. Expand Master Slides sidebar deck, apply Candy template
3. Apply a different one, e.g. Focus
4. Apply Candy again

Result: blue slide.

The bug is due to the position of the image. It is currently define as the background of the master page. It should be defined as an image in the master page, which its position is at the back.
