Sample document

Steps how to reproduce with Server Installation of Version: 24.2.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64)
Build ID: 7fff4e2ca6739928f72e5f0d2eb5820823916769
CPU threads: 12; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19045; UI render: default; VCL: win
Locale: Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI: de-DE; Theme: Colibre
Calc: CL threaded – normal Test Profile created from 7.6

1. open attached sample_100.ods
2. Click Column heading 'C'
» Column becomes selected, / Highlighted
3. <Alt>+click C2, keep mouse button pushed
4. Move mouse pointer slowly to the right until column 'G'
» Expected: starting from Mouse Pointer in Column 'D' drag and drop area
(column C) should have a frame with a thicker line where the
column will be inserted when release mouse button (= left
rectangle border of drag and drop area)
Actual: No frame around drag and drop area 😥

Additional info:
a) was no problem with LibO 7.6
b) depends on using Skia.
ˋMenu Tools → options → View → Graphics output → Use Skia for Rendering →
Remove checkmarkˊ does the trick and Frame will appear as expected

I am assuming that bugs 159214, 159751, 160036 and this bug 158231 are all based on the same issue.

Please test with latest master build while using
"Use Skia for all rendering" ENABLED.

My guess is that the original problem won't be seen anymore.

It would remain to see whether the problem remains when "UI render: default" as in comment 0, because the same comment 0 contradicts itself regarding the use of Skia.
