Description:
The log function with a specified base does not work for log(base, 1)

Version: 6.4.7.2
Build ID: 1:6.4.7-0ubuntu0.20.04.8

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enter =log(2, 1) in any cell
2.
3.

Actual Results:
Err:502



Reproducible: Always

Log(1) works fine

The LOG spreadsheet function [1] is defined as

  LOG(Number [; Base])

so '=log(2; 1)' is not "base-2 logarithm of 1", but "base-1 logarithm of 2".

sorry about that, the other values in my data were log(2, 2) and log(2, 0.5), both of which give the expected result. Two successes don't mean I have got it right.
