Description cazlp 2023-11-20 07:16:29 UTC
Description:
Media Players have the 'compact mode' where toolbars and seekbars are removed so only the video window is shown, just exactly like a fullscreen but movable.
Specially for writing, this is very useful. Even wordpad has the 'minimize the ribbon' feature.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select User Interface
2. Already too big
3. Fullscreen's window can't be moved around

Actual Results:
The workaround is to open wordpad.

Expected Results:
A blank page prompting is the ideal vision for millions of users.
That's not that easy to set.

Google results on people asking for this all get an answer that involve changing libreoffice writer.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: Yes

Marking as a duplicate of bug 53895, as I think it's the same feature request.
