Description: The Incidence: 2 days ago, I had sudden power outage -EXACTLY AT THE MOMENT I double-clicked my Calc file to open it (as usual) AND IT WAS STILL LOADING to Open. Loading wasn't completed yet, so my file wasn't yet fully open -but the blank page was already open and still loading data -then suddenly my computer shut down as electricity was suddenly gone. After restarting my computer and double-clicking my Calc file to open it, nothing was/is no longer working. All my LibreOffice files are no longer opening up to now. LibreOffice doesn't open at all -even LibreOffice (safe mode) doesn't open at all when I click it from the Start Menu. Steps to Reproduce: 1.open your computer 2.double-click any of your LibreOffice files to open it (as usual) Actual Results: None of my LibreOffice files open. LibreOffice doesn't open at all. LibreOffice (safe mode) doesn't open neither. Expected Results: Double-clicking my LibreOffice file should open it. Clicking the LibreOffice or LibreOffice(safe mode) from the Start Menu should also open the software (as usual). Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: Yes Additional Info: LibreOffice doesn't open at all, so I can't copy anything. My OS is Windows 10 Home -version 22H2 My laptop: Sony Vaio S series - Core i5 My laptop is old --the battery doesn't save power anymore. But the laptop still performs well when my charger is connected to the power outlet. So when the power accidentally went off, the laptop automatically shut down as well. That's what happened at the EXACT TIME my LibreOffice Calc file was still loading to open. When the incidence happened, I was still using LibreOffice version 7.2. Then after trying several times to open it with no success, I downloaded the version 7.5.8 yesterday. I had no issues downloading it. But it just doesn't open at all up to now. All other documents or files (MS office, PDFs) on my laptop open normally and are all good - except LibreOffice.
If you're admin of your machine, you can try this: 1) Uninstall completely any LO version in your machine 2) download LO 7.5.8 from official website https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download-libreoffice/ and use checksum (https://download.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/stable/7.5.8/win/x86_64/LibreOffice_7.5.8_Win_x86-64.msi.mirrorlist since I suppose you use x86-64 not ARM processor) 3) Apply https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps#Corrupted_user_profile

Created attachment 190964 [details] Failure running "Quick test for corrupted profiles" command line AND Content of my User Profile from File Explorer Thank you in advance
Checksum was successful. But I'm stuck at User Profile using command line. So I made a file with screenshots of what I have done for you to tell me what to do next and create a New User Profile. Thanks
Ok for checksum. About the profile, just remove from a file explorer this directory: c:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Libreoffice (LibreOffice must be closed of course) Then when you'll restart LO, it'll automatically create a brand new LO profile at the same location.
Great ! Great ! S U C C E S S S S S S ......! :-) Thank you so much sir Julien. My LO is completely back on. I'm so happy right now because I'm able to access all my LO files again. Thank you once again for your technical guidance. I have learned some new stuff from you. Have a nice day. ~Besbin

WFM is when there was a bug, and here that was not. This is corrupted profile, which is NAB. Please follow https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/page.cgi?id=fields.html#bug_status.
