Description:
When save new file for the first time in Writer, suggest set the content that using Title style to the default file name.
And I found when edit file name, can't paste content from clipboard.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create new file.
2. Type title content and using Title in style.
3. Save this new file.

Actual Results:
The default file name is "Untitled".

Expected Results:
Set the default file name to content which using Title style.

Default file's name is always set as Untitled with the number respectively to the number of untitled files in the same path.
