Description:
LibreOffice just opened a PDF and prompted me with a banner:
`Please install the hyphenation package for locale “th-TH”.` with a LINK to Language Support.

I am unable to search or find a hyphenation package for locale "th-TH".

Searching 'Thai' discovers spellcheck (part of CTL language spellchecker).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a Word Document produced in Thailand.

Actual Results:
Document opens and warns:

This is a minor problem for me, as I don't personally write in Thai - but it's slightly annoying.
