This bug occurs only with some text, depending on the website I copy text from and place in a document I copy it to. Text is not pasted if I press CTRL+SHIFT+V, choose "Unformatted text" and press "Ok" button USING KEYBOARD. It usually work if I click "unformatted text" option in the dialogue using mouse. And always work if I choose this option from context menu > Paste Special. I can reproduce the bug both on my laptop and desktop pc (Archlinux).

Probably you have some interesting clipboard manager. Which desktop environment are you using? Can you check, if you have any clipboard managers running? Works fine for me on Arch with KDE, with no clipboard manager active.
