Description: Whenever Windows boots up, each time I try to start LibreOffice, either from windows menu, or by opening a document, the first attempt fails. I have to kill the process first. For 2nd attempt and after that, it just works fine. no entries found in Windows event log. upgrading to 7.6.3 along with resetting the user profile solved the issue Thank you
