Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: [Information automatically included from LibreOffice] Locale: de Module: TextDocument [Information guessed from browser] OS: Windows (All) OS is 64bit: no
uwe, thank you for your report. I can't confirm it with Version: 24.8.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 40617d867346956588ac023511f31210107217f4 CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19045; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI: en-GB Calc: CL threaded Could you please retest in an actual version of LO (7.6 or 24.2) and also in SafeMode (Help -> Restart in SafeMode)? Is the bug still present there? => NEEDINFO And I also have one further question: You write in your description that image is anchored "as character", but within the steps you write "to character". So what is correct? I've commented in English, because that's the standard in bugzilla. No problem to write in German, but please add also a translation (you can use deepl.com or something else for translation). thank you.
Thank you for the answer. I think, I found the reason for this error that occupied me a whole day. I write the life story of my father (1911 – 2005) with the page layout 20 cm to 25 cm portrait format and two columns. Than I had a text (an old news letter article), prepared from a pdf scan by ocr and transferred to a libreOffice Writer file DinA4. Than I transferred this text from the new file by strg c and strg v into a chapter of my story. Now I was not able to include pictures as usual and I had the described problems. I tried everything, every anchor and everything I could change. I stopped, because I had no more time (pensioner). The last days I had some more time and tried it again without success. Than I found out, that the problems were not present in the old parts of this new construct, but only in new part, the copied text. So I took the saved unchanged chapter and included the new text as unformatted text and everything runs as usual and I had no further problems with the pictures. I think this is a very special problem and it will not often appear. I don’t know, if any body can find this little devil.
