Fresh Install of LibreOffice_7.6.4_Win_x86-64.msi
Win 10x64
768 GB Free Disk Space

When i try to open a spreadsheet or any other LO doc/file/ss/pp/etc ...

"The lock file could not be created for exclusive access by LibreOffice, due to missing permission to create a lock file on that file location or lack of free disk space."

Steps to Reproduce:
1.try to open any LO file and same result -- LO is unusable -- this is a MAJOR BUG

try to open any LO file and same result

Expected Results:
no lock file errors and product is actually usable

opened the file and let me get on with work i need to do using this tool
