Description tane1 2023-12-16 23:19:41 UTC
Description:
I am grateful for the wonderful software you have provided. However, I have encountered a problem where the cell range selection scroll state does not stop when using the autocomplete function with the mouse to copy cell contents. This happens several times. Neither Ctrl+C nor the exit button works, and I have to end the task from the task manager. Any unsaved information up to that point is lost. I would appreciate it if you could improve this issue.

Actual Results:
I have encountered a problem where the cell range selection scroll state does not stop when using the autocomplete function with the mouse to copy cell contents.

Expected Results:
scroll state does not stop

Reproducible: Sometimes

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
Neither Ctrl+C nor the exit button works, and I have to end the task from the task manager.

Please test in safe mode, Menu/Help/Restart in Safe Mode

Thank you for your reply.

Actually, I have not been able to reproduce this issue after sending the bug report earlier. It’s strange because the auto-complete feature used to crash once every few times.

When the issue occurs again, I will try the safe mode you suggested.

I thought that the many DDE functions embedded in the sheet I am creating to automatically download real-time stock prices from RSS data might have caused such a malfunction, but since the issue has not occurred again, I am satisfied for now.

Thank you very much.
