Description: This happens at least on macOS, no other OS not at the hand atm, see steps below. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open a draw document. 2. Close it, so that no file is open at all (no open start center!) 3. cmd+o for getting the "file open dialog" Actual Results: opens the Template manager, not the file open menu Expected Results: opens the the file open menu Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: Yes Additional Info: very likely macos-specific, see screenshots attached

Same result.
