Steps to reproduce:

1) Click the LibreOffice StartCenter.

2) Navigate to the Templates section.

3) Hover your mouse over the right-hand side and click on the Actions button, but unfortunately, nothing happens.


Actual result:
Nothing work.

Excepted result:
The button ought to function properly and produce a desired outcome.
