Using Mint Linux 

Newby to LO. Used to working with MS Access in the past.

I used the Form Wizard as directed in the BG73 Base Guide 7.3 tutorial but  when I press the Finish button after completing the dialogs in the wizard nothing happens.

Thanks for the report.
Please test a more recent version, as the 7.3 branch won't see further updates. 7.6 is the currently supported branch: https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download-libreoffice/
If the issue persists, please provide more precise steps (e.g. the precise section in the Guide, or ideally the shortest set of steps to reproduce the issue).

Might be a special bug of Ubuntu packed version. 
Tested this with LO 7.3.6.2 here on OpenSuSE with original packages from LO - form has been created without problems. Same result with LO 7.6.4.1. - no problem.

Did you install the package libreoffice-report-builder? it is not installed by default in Ubuntu installations of LibreOffice even when install Base

Sorry, I have confused report builder with form wizard.
