Created attachment 191707 [details] Copy&Paste material Open attached file. Mark the first lines and copy them to clipboard. For each of the shapes do this: Select shape and bring it in text edit mode (F2 or Enter) or double-click shape to bring it into text edit mode. Paste clipboard to shape using Paste Special "Rich Text Formatting (RTF)". Notice, that a) The font settings from paragraph style are lost. b) The text in the shape has a rendering with wrong character distances. Pasting the clipboard to a shape in Draw shows the expected behavior: The first line has no own font setting and gets the font, which is specified in the default shape style. The second and third lines get font "Courier New". The third line is right aligned. Pasting to a shape in Draw shows, that the clipboard contains the needed information. So this is a problem with pasting the clipboard to a shape in Writer.
