Command "Covariance" is shown twice in the notebook bar as follows: Enable Notebook Bar on a spreadsheet user interface. Go to Data tab Open Statistics submenu in the far right of the bar. you see 2 entries for covariance. The second entry should be F-Test.

However, the Statistics button with icon (which might be in the overflow) does doulbe-up Covariance.
