The bug occurs when using the touchpad of a laptop for scrolling in Writer or Calc. In this case, the page scrolls very quickly up or down, and when moving to the right or left, it scrolls the opposite direction. This significantly impairs the usability of Writer and Calc on a laptop without an external mouse. I have encountered this bug only on Windows, while everything works perfectly on Linux.
