Steps: 1. Using "Tabbed" user interface, try to resize Writer window until "Export" button in "File" tab is hidden under expand ">>" button, 2. Click on expand ">>" button then "Export" button Expected result: Export dialog opens. Observed result: Writer crashes. Not reproducible on Windows. Version: 7.6.4.1 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: e19e193f88cd6c0525a17fb7a176ed8e6a3e2aa1 CPU threads: 16; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 22631; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win Locale: es-ES (es_ES); UI: en-US Calc: CL threaded

I can reproduce the issue in: Version: 7.6.4.1 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 60(Build:1) CPU threads: 12; OS: Linux 6.5; UI render: default; VCL: kf5 (cairo+wayland) Locale: pt-BR (pt_BR.UTF-8); UI: en-US Ubuntu package version: 4:7.6.4-0ubuntu0.23.10.1 Calc: threaded But I can't reproduce under X11... so this seems to be a Wayland issue. In the latest master (built today), the problem does not happen, even on wayland. Version: 24.8.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: b2ee028d0f805124d823a32aed70bcaf63377757 CPU threads: 12; OS: Linux 6.5; UI render: default; VCL: kf5 (cairo+wayland) Locale: pt-BR (pt_BR.UTF-8); UI: en-US Calc: CL threaded
medmedin2014: can you test with the latest: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Installing_in_parallel/Linux#Automated_installation
(In reply to Buovjaga from comment #4) > medmedin2014: can you test with the latest: > https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Installing_in_parallel/ > Linux#Automated_installation The installation methods, both "pip install loaih" or "pip install loaih-xyz.whl", don't work on Arch/Manjaro based distros. The only working one is installing from source https://git.libreitalia.org/libreitalia/loaih/wiki/Install.md#user-content-from-sources I installed loaih from source and created the AppImage, and I can confirm the crash doesn't happen with it. Tested on: LibreOffice: Version: 24.8.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 3460799175e6c5795aa07c784e16d10ba9081d49 CPU threads: 2; OS: Linux 6.7; UI render: default; VCL: kf5 (cairo+wayland) Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI: en-US Calc: threaded System: Operating System: Manjaro Linux KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.10 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.114.0 Qt Version: 5.15.12 Kernel Version: 6.7.2-1-MANJARO (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland

The only working On Arch we use pipx.
