Description thomasxb 2024-01-23 17:41:20 UTC
Description:
Since LO 7.6.1.4, all calc comments are displayed by default with the metadata information “author, date and time”. This behavior could be a good feature when a table is used by multiple users; However, for many users, the comments are not intended for other users, but simply contain an explanation of individual cells (e.g. "1=GOOD, 0=BAD"). The display of “author, date and time” in the comment should be easily deactivated via the configuration. If there's no author name available, then this should be done by default to avoid “Unknown author, date and time”

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Add comment
2.move mouse over cell
3.Comment popup was displayed with "Unkown Author Date Time"

Actual Results:
"Unkown Author Date Time"

Expected Results:
nothing displayed via configuration

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: Yes

Additional Info:
configuration option "display author, date time" should be available
