Description: Scrolling is jerky or doesn't happen. I am using a trackpad. Selecting cells is slow. I am using a trackpad. The problem is not present in 7.5.8.2 but is in all later versions of 7.5 that I have tried including 7.5.9.2. I think it is not present in some versions of 7.6. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Try to scroll in a Calc spreadsheet by dragging using two fingers on a trackpad. 2. Try to select a set of cells by dragging using three fingers on a trackpad. 3. Actual Results: Scrolling action resulted in delayed or no scrolling. Selecting resulted in delayed selection or occasionally individual cells being moved to another location in the spreadsheet. Expected Results: Smooth scrolling, immediate selection. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: Yes Additional Info: Version: 7.5.9.2 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: cdeefe45c17511d326101eed8008ac4092f278a9 CPU threads: 4; OS: Mac OS X 11.7.10; UI render: default; VCL: osx Locale: en-GB (en_GB.UTF-8); UI: en-US Calc: threaded I tried an ancient wireless mouse. Everything worked as expected except it didn't seem to be able to scroll horizontally. I tried running in safe mode and the problem persisted. Reverting to 7.5.8.2 cured the problem. I believe I tried a version of 7.6 and everything worked as expected. I would have to retry if confirmation is needed.
Please take a look at tdf#155266. There is also tdf#158842, but that one sounds slightly different.

Glad to hear that you were able to revert to 7.5.8.2. Note: this bug has already been fixed and the fix should be in LibreOffice 7.6.5 and 24.2, both of which are planned for release in February 2024.
Thanks, I'll wait for 7.6.5.
