Description:
Selecting ALL Cells [upper Left Square} & then FORMATTING for a Particular FONT & SIZE, results in ONLY Cells with a Entry, being FORMATTED….Empty Cells RETAIN the Original Format.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.SEE ABOVE

Actual Results:
SEE Above

Expected Results:
ALL Cell Should be FORMATTED
