Description rjack040 2024-01-29 11:33:56 UTC
Description:
The area in the bottom right of the status bar, with values such as sum, average, max etc. is great. (the area just left of the zoom controls) But it would be even better if users were able to copy values from here to the clipboard. E.g. by right-clicking the value.
Yes, you choose what values to show by right-clicking here. But perhaps you could add a "copy this value" option.
Note, only copying the value I clicked on.
Alternatively, copying by (left) double-click.

This seems like a valid enhancement request.

In Excel, clicking the values will copy them to the clipboard.

Let's hear the UX team.

Clicking on a single value requires some logic to copy only this data point. If we copy the whole string it could be an easy hack. And rather using a context menu.

Screenshot Excel

Excel (here on macOS) splits the summary into different panels, which makes it easy to copy just one value. Shouldn't be too hard.

Is it an easyhack, Hossein?
